Volunteer Application
Thursday/ Friday(Set-up*), Saturday & Sunday,
Monday(Tear down*) 5/24/12 – 5/28/12
We are looking for adults, 18 and older, to volunteer their time to work at the Air Show (age verification may be necessary). We need volunteers to be available for a minimum of 8 hours so please be prepared with adequate sunscreen, water will be provided.
The last date to submit your online application is Wednesday May 9th, 2012, or sooner if we have all the volunteers we need. When you submit your application you will be able to print and sign your application. We must receive your signed application by May 15th 2012 at the latest. Signing up is not a guarantee of being selected, and if you are not selected you’ll be notified by email on or about May 10th.

Instructions for mailing, faxing or delivering your application form are on the printed form. Should your plans change after submitting the form, please contact us by e-mail: volunteers@hollisterairshow.com.
All applications require the approval of the Airshow Committee and all volunteers must print, sign and provide us with their signed Application Form before May 15th if you have been selected please be sure to attend the Volunteers Briefing scheduled for 7pm on Wednesday May 16th, 2012 at the First Presbyterian Church, 2066 San Benito St. Hollister.
