Vendor/ Display Set-up
Vehicular access to the vendor/ display area will be available on Friday May 27th (set-up day) from 8am - 6pm, Saturday from 6am - 8am and from 5pm - 8pm and Sunday from 7am - 8am and 5pm - 8pm (earlier if the crowd clears out and safety staff is available). There will be minimal security in the vendor area overnight. Items may be left overnight at your own risk.
Please be advised that strong Westerly winds (15 - 25mph) occur at the Hollister Airport most afternoons. If you have a tent please be prepared with appropriate weights and ropes to tie it down (e.g. a 5-gallon bucket of water at each corner of your tent). The vendor area will be on concrete with very few tie downs available.
