Airshow Reception & Dinner

 

A reception and dinner will be held at the Hollister Airport on Saturday evening of the airshow. The event is sponsored by chapter 1264 of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) to help support the airshow.

 

Members of the public are invited to join the Airshow performers, sponsors, and other participants and guests. Advance reservations and a $15 pre-payment are required at least a week ahead (see below).

 

Menu:

Dinner includes lasagna, garlic bread, salad with dressing, dessert, regular or decaf coffee, iced tea, and/or water. Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages will be available from a no host bar at additional cost.

 

Where: Elks Lodge #1436, located at the Hollister airport.
Date: Saturday, May 28th 2011
Time: 5pm – No host bar opens. 6pm – Dinner served
Cost:  $15.00 per person

 

Reservations:

Dinner reservations and payment to EAA Chapter 1264 must be made not later than 9am Monday, May 23, 2011. We'll have a list of reservations at the door, you may be asked to provide ID for identification.

If you would like the reservation to be in a different name from the one on your credit card please be sure to add the Reservation Name in the Special Instructions when making your PayPal reservation.
